TERMS & CONDITIONS
by choosing to / and paying to attend any Iso100 Photography workshop / tour; you personally and legally agree to the following terms and conditions:
1 FEES: Your fee includes tuition, transport, appropriate number of nights accommodation while on-tour, parks passes & DOC licensing.
Your workshop / tour fee does not include airfares, airport taxes, privately solicited transport to and from tour start and end points, or personal items. Also not included are insurances needed for the tour, travel accident, travel delay, baggage delay or theft (we recommend you organise the appropriate coverage well before coming on tour), medical or hospitalisation costs. Please note that deposits secure your position on tours / workshops and are non-refundable. If you have paid in full, you will be refunded less deposit amount.
2 INSURANCE: We recommended that you have the appropriate insurance for any Iso100 Photography workshop / photography tour. This may include: Health Insurance, Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance, Emergency Medical Expense Coverage, Trip Cancellation Insurance, Life Insurance, Baggage Loss and Delay Reimbursement and Equipment Insurance.
3 ACCOMMODATION: Iso100 Photography includes 3/4 star, TWIN share accommodation for all tours where applicable.
4 TO / FROM WORKSHOPS & TOURS: It is the responsibility of all participants to make their way to the tour’s starting point, and from tour finish point unless advised otherwise.
5 MEDICAL: It is required that all participants are in good state of health before, and while on the workshop / tour. If you have any notable medical problems, you must inform Iso100 Photography before the beginning of the workshop / tour. It must be understood that Sarah has no expertise as medical doctor. The vehicle & host will carry a basic first aid kit for minor injuries only. Iso100 Photography accepts no responsibility for medications or lack of access to medicines. We suggest before leaving if you have any health problems or concerns you consult your physician for any advice regarding any medication/care needed while on the workshop / tour. If you have any life-threatening conditions, we suggest you bring along a partner / carer who is well informed of your condition and knows what to do in the unlikely event of an emergency. Other participants on the workshop / tour accept no responsibility regarding the provision of medical care. Iso100 Photography accepts no responsibility or liability regarding the provision of medical care.
6 REFUND POLICY: To book a spot on an Iso100 Photography workshop / photography tour, you will need to pay the deposit fee promptly after the time of booking. This deposit fee is non-refundable. Should you choose to cancel for any reason, you will be given the option to transfer to another Iso100 workshop or tour, if applicable.
7 CANCELED TOURS: Iso100 Photography reserves the right to cancel any tour before the date due to a low number of participants or personal illness. In the event of a low number of participants or illness all Iso100 Photography fees will be refunded in full OR may be transferred to another workshop / tour within 12 months of the previously booked workshop / tour of the same value. Iso100 Photography reserves the right to cancel any tour/s for any reason. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, Iso100 Photography fees will be promptly refunded. This refund will be the limit of Iso100 Photography liability. Iso100 Photography is not responsible for any issues, expenses or damages which may occur as a result of cancellation.
8 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF ISO100 PHOTOGRAPHY: This section defines our responsibility with respect to all Iso100 Photography workshops/ tours, please read the following carefully:
Iso100 Photography is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses of whatever cause or nature, including those resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, detention, annoyance, weather, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft or criminal activity of any kind, government regulations, or any other occurrences over which there is no control.
9 IN NO EVENT SHALL ISO100 PHOTOGRAPHY HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: Iso100 Photography reserves the right to substitute hotels, workshop facilities, and to alter the itinerary when deemed necessary or advisable. The right is also reserved to cancel any tour or workshop before the start date of the refund of all payments received, which shall release Iso100 Photography from further liability. Iso100 Photography is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the tour or workshop (ie: non-refundable advance purchase air tickets, equipment, etc.) Iso100 Photography reserves the right to decline, to accept, or retain any member of any trip should such person’s actions impede the operation of the trip or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of other members of the trip, and it is agreed that no refunds will be given in such circumstances.
Iso100 Photography strives to provide a safe environment for all participants to learn and photograph in. There are always risks associated with travel, Iso100 Photography is not responsible or liable for any injury, illness or death as a result of tour/workshop participation.
